Chef Segal is the creative force behind Cresco Lab’s flagship brand of artisanal edibles. She pushes the boundaries of taste and texture and demands different. Mindy trained in some of Chicago’s most influential restaurants and is currently the Chef/Owner of Hot Chocolate Chicago Restaurant in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood and Hot Chocolate Bakery at Revival Food Hall in the business district.
Inspiration Meets Infusion
Mindy’s line of artisanal edibles are born from desserts featured on the menu at her popular Chicago restaurant Hot Chocolate and in her best-selling cookbook Cookie Love. Her menus are innovative and ever-evolving based on locally available and seasonal ingredients. Each decadent edible in her artisanal line is infused with Clear distillate extracted by Cresco’s own in-house lab for little-to-no cannabis taste; allowing her quality ingredients to shine true.
